Ifo Ekpre-Olomu

Co-Owner/Defense Coordinator

Originally from Chino, California, Ifo attended University of Oregon from 2011-2014. He was a 3x 1st team all conference corner back, Jim Thorpe award finalist, 2x team captain, as well as 1 of only 8 consensus All Americans in school history. He was drafted to the Cleveland Browns and also spent time with the Miami Dolphins. Due to multiple knee injuries his football career ended after 2 seasons and he moved back to the state of Oregon to rehab. While rehabilitating, he found the love for sports performance and coaching. He has now spent over 5 years coaching high school, college and professional athletes in the Portland area. The passion and leadership he showed during his playing days has directly translated to his current coaching style. He’s devoted to helping athletes build the self confidence needed to succeed in football and life.

Dylan Young

Co-Owner/Offensive Coordinator

Coach Dylan is from Salem, Oregon and went to North Salem High School. After High School he attended Feather River Junior College earning 1st All State Accolades along with setting school records in REC Yards. After Feather River he earned a full ride scholarship to Southern Oregon University—where he became a National Champion, All American, and set single season & career school records along with various NAIA records at the WR position. After College he signed contracts to the Canadian Football League and The Arena Football League. Coach Dylan now owns his own performance gym in Salem, Oregon called BuiltDifferent Performance, where he is dedicated to helping change the culture of athletics in his home town and state!

Jeff Maehl

Middle School HC/Asst. Offensive Coordinator

Born and raised in Paradise, California, Jeff then attended the University of Oregon from 2007-2011. He played his first 10 games as a true freshman reserve safety and special teamer before being transitioned to WR. By the end of his career Jeff set records for the most receptions (season & career), most touchdowns (season & career) as well as a few others. In his senior year he was named 1st team all Pac-10 and was an honorable mention All-American. He then signed as an undrafted free agent with the Houston Texans and was primarily on the practice squad from 2011-2012, he was then traded to the Philadelphia Eagles and made the active roster both in 2013 & 2014. Following getting cut in 2015, Jeff moved back to Portland and got into coaching 7on7. His passion, discipline, and determination from his playing days are directly linked with his coaching style with the goal to develop his players both on and off of the football field.

Grant Hedrick

Quarterback Coach

Grant Hedrick grew up in the Salem area and played football, basketball, and ran track at Central High School in Independence, Oregon.  After high school, Hedrick earned a scholarship to Boise State University where he played quarterback from 2010-2014.  Hedrick became the starting quarterback in 2013 and led Boise State to a Fiesta Bowl win in 2014.  In 2014, he led the nation in completion percentage (school record) and was top 10 in the country in every other passing category.  He finished his collegiate career being in the top 5 in every passing category among Boise State quarterbacks all-time, while compiling a 22-5 record over those two years.  After college, Hedrick went to training camp with the Denver Broncos and then signed a free-agent contract with the BC Lions of the CFL.  Hedrick now works as a high school teacher and football coach in Oregon, with the off-season dedicated to training and developing quarterbacks in all facets of the position.
